Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within Newcastle and Maitland LGA(Local Government Area).

What days/times do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Friday between 4PM and 7PM, Saturday 11AM to 4PM.

During our busy periods, please be aware that orders may be delivered before or after this time frame.

What happens if no one is home?

If no one answers the door, we will do our best to leave the box in a safe place only if there is no risk of the product being impacted by the elements. We will then text the recipients to let them know there is a delivery by the door. 

Please leave a delivery note if you want your delivery in a specific spot. If the recipient won’t be home, kindly advise where we should leave the box when placing the order.

Do you offer pick ups?

Yes, we absolutely offer pick-ups for your Dessert Boxes! However, please note that this service is available only on designated days as our kitechen is located an hour from Newcastle. If you would like to pick up your order, please email us newcastledessertboxes@gmail.com for further information.

Can I place a corporate / event order?

Yes absolutely! Our Dessert Boxes make the perfect gift for clients, staff and celebrations.

Can I customise a box?

Yes! We offer an option to customize your box via the add-on function.

Our team has spent a lot of time ensuring our dessert boxes are perfected. If you wish to customize specific boxes further with a color or theme please email us at newcastledessertboxes@gmail.com to discuss if this is possible. Additional fees may apply. Please note, customization is only available for orders of 10 or more boxes.

What if I need to request a delivery time?

If you would like to request a specific delivery time, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, due to the high volume of deliveries, we cannot always guarantee an exact delivery time.

Can you deliver to an apartment or unit complex?

Yes, we do deliver to apartment or unit complexes! However, someone must be home to accept the delivery, as we cannot leave the box unattended in front of an apartment complex.

What happens if I provide you with an invalid address?

If the address provided is invalid, we will do our best to contact you using the provided phone number. If we are unable to do so, we will arrnage a re-delivery for the same day where possible.

Do your boxes contain traces of nuts?

Yes, our boxes may contain traces of nuts. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our products will not contain traces of nuts.
